‘Student Of The Year 2’ (SOTY 2) is a much-awaited teen romance film directed by Punit Malhotra. Jointly produced under the banner of Dharma Productions by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta.
Karan Johar passed the wand to Director Punit Malhotra for the sequel but the same old formula and hence the appearance seems to be constant. It stars Tiger Shroff along with Chunky Panday’s daughter Ananya Panday who marks her debut with another debutant Tara Sutaria.

SOTY 2 will have cameos by ex-students Varun, Alia and Sidharth. In October, Hollywood actor Wills Smith visited India and was roped in to do cameo dance number to Radha with the cast of ‘(SOTY 2)’. While many are praising Tiger and new debutantes some are still rooting for the original movie.
The music of the film has been composed by Vishal-Shekhar and the lyrics have been penned by Irshad Kamil.
The film releases on May 10 in your nearby theatres.
