Even as the storm surrounding Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has not subsided, here’s another whirlwind that’s an eye-opener the way Bollywood functions and its alleged nexus with the underworld.
Following Rajput’s suicide, the noted singer Sonu Nigam had previously mentioned that he wouldn’t be surprised if a similar incident happened within music industry. He said that the entire music industry is controlled by only 2 companies without naming any. He had requested the music fraternity to be a little kind to the new talents and give them opportunity, else they would meet Sushant Singh Rajput’s fate.
Today, Sonu Nigam posted another vlog on Instagram, where he lashes out at Bhushan Kumar, Chairman and MD of T-Series. He said mafias cannot understand words. Accusing Bhushan Kumar of trying to sabotage his image, Sonu Nigam said that he is now forced to name names. He added that Bhushan Kumar had messed with a wrong guy.
In his vlog, Sonu Nigam refers to the past where Bhushan Kumar had approached the singer to sing for him, record and album and introduce him to political figures such as Bal Thackeray and Smita Thackeray to save him from Abu Salem’s abuses.
Sonu Nigam also referred Marina Kanwar, who he says suffered at the hands of Bhushan Kumar, but somehow backed out from exposing. He further added that he still had her video, and if Bhushan Kumar messed with him, he would upload the same on his YouTube Channel.
