John Abraham’s upcoming film Force is the remake of a Tamil hit film “Kaakka Kaakka”. John plays a cop in the movie, which was played by Surya in Tamil version. He has beefed up noticeably for the role. The action scenes portrayed are real for which no substitute has been used. This has been seen before only in Sunny Deol’s movies. John’s craze and dedication to the role is reflected in his eight-pack abs for which he underwent a 8-month training session and followed a strict diet. All this hard work was for the tough and risky actions scenes so that he could do them himself without the help of doubles or swinging ropes. The director has claimed that audience will be at the edge of their seats from first to the last scene of movie.
In this film, John is playing the role of an encounter specialist cop and Genelia D’souza is his love interest. The pair is sharing the screen space for first time and their perfect on screen chemistry is reflected in the promos and songs. The storyline of Force is like other cop and villain based movies, where the hero fights with the bad guy. It is obvious that Force is another action-thriller following the steps of other action movies like Dabangg and Singham. Director Nishikant has said that the movie is a perfect blend of action and romance to be seen for the first time in Hindi cinema.
Genelia looks gorgeous in the film; her role is that of a bold and beautiful woman. She play the same role that was played by
Jyothika in the Tamil version. The interesting fact is that Surya and Jyothika got married after the release of Kaakka Kaakka. Therefore, it would be interesting to see the turn that John and Genelia’s on screen chemistry will take. The movie is rumored to have a wedding scene where a priest is called to perform the ceremony to make it look natural and authentic. But that perfection led to a controversy that the priest was real and that the real mantras and wedding scriptures have actually resulted in the marriage of John and Genelia. Do you hear that Bips?
Genelia was in Manali for the shooting of her upcoming movie “Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya” with Ritesh Deshmukh, while Mumbai was abuzz with the reel-real wedding of the leading pair of Force. TNLHG is a romantic movie and this real life couple is enjoying this opportunity to the hilt in the beautiful valley of Manali. Therefore, any prediction about John and Genelia romance is a bit heavy to digest.
The music of Force has been given by Harry Jeyraj. He composed the music for the Tamil version as well, which was released eight years back. Kaakka Kaakka’s songs were a big hit and Harris is hoping to repeat it with the Hindi version. One song “khwabon khwabon” is a beautiful romantic track. It is a combination of traditional and modern beats and has already risen up the music charts. Javed Akhtar has written lyrics for the film.
