Synopsis: –

One such experience is RamSingh Charlie, which was made in 2016 but never, got theatrical release a The film stars Kumud Mishra in his finest act so far,supported by Divya Dutta and other talented actors. This close to 100 min movie gives you a good rush of emotion and leave you with a pleasant smile.
The Story:-
The story is set in Kolkata where RamSingh aka “Charlie” (Kumud Mishra) acts in a Jango Circus as Charlie Chaplin with his wife (Divya Dutta) and son. He cannot imagine his life beyond Charlie and enjoy every moment of it. The owner of Circus Masterji (Salima Raza) is now growing old and as the next generation comes into the business, they decide to close down the circus forever paying the artists their 3 months’ salary. These artists cannot imagine their world without circus, hence how they cope with the life outside circus and struggle for their survival forms the rest of the plot where focus is on RamSingh’s family.

This film can surely be termed as Directors cut. Nitin Kakkar (Filmistaan Director) has built the entire canvas in a way that each frame gives you feel good factor.
Top Notch acting by Kumud Mishra proves the potential of acting that he has and been underutilized so far in Bollywood

Standout Scenes:-
There are many scenes, which will remain with you even after watching movie. Few to mention are
Kumud Mishra painting his face with White and Black at night. The expressions that he brings on his face reminds you of classic act of Joker though this movie is made before Joker.
Kumud Mishra and Divya Dutta interaction after the performance in school where both repeat each other’s statement a true romance.
Salima Raza giving the last payment cheque to Charlie amazing conversation.
The Climax of movie is actually heart touching.

Overall RamSingh Charlie is a cinematic experience, which shows that in era of VFX and huge canvas what actual filmmaking is. It is so far one of the best experience of 2020 where Kumud Mishra really deserves an award for his standout performance as Charlie. A dark horse not to miss.
