One more family oriented movie by Rajshri Productions LOVE YOU…Mr. KALAKAAR! starting Tusshar Kapoor and VIVAAH actress Amrita Rao. Both appearing 1st time together. The film is directed by debutant S. Manasvi, who is an alumnus of Film and Television Institute of India. The other actors include Ram Kapoor, Madhoo, Prem Chopra, Kiran Kumar, Yateen Kayekar, Jai Kalra, Kunal Kumar, and introduces Prashant Ranyal and Snigdha Akolkar.
As for the story, it beautifully highlights how there is an artist hidden in each of us, waiting to be discovered. Amrita Rao’s character Ritu is a modern girl living in posh society of Colaba in Mumbai. She is very confident, very talkative, does not hesitate to speak her mind but still she has her basic Indian values intact and does not rebel but tries to convince elders to understand her point of view. Ritu is a management trainee, whose world revolves around debits, credits, turnovers, profits, deadlines… She falls in love with Sahil (Tusshar Kapoor) a struggling cartoonist, an artist who is desperate to make it to the second page of a newspaper. He derives his inspiration from emotions that come from the sky, from the earth, a scrap of paper, a passing shape, a spider’s web. He’s trying to make his niche in a cut-throat corporate world…
The music is composed by Sandesh Shandilya lyrics penned by Manoj Muntashir. Sarfara Sa Dil Hein is a soft romantic duets sung by Neeraj Shreedhar and Shreyal Ghosal. The music of this movie is very good & soothing to ears.
Rajshri Productions LOVE U MR. KALAKAAR is definitely worth seeing once.
