Khan suffering from Neuroendocrine Tumor
Irrfan Khan, an actor par excellence succumbs today to a rare form of cancer. He had been battling neuroendocrine tumor for the past 2 years. He was 53. The actor was admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Mumbai just the previous day. He was under observation for his colon infection. Looks like it’s been a “Cruel Summer” for Irrfan Khan’s family, as they witness 2 deaths in less than a week! Irrfan’s mother passed away recently.

Khan Attends Mother Saeda Begum’s Funeral via Video Call
Just last Saturday, Irrfan Khan’s mother Saeda Begum passed away in Jaipur. She was 95 and died a natural death. Due to the ongoing lockdown, Irrfan Khan wasn’t able to reach for his mom’s last rites in person and attended the funeral online through video conferencing.
